Q: Why are we crowdfunding?
We have reached a level in the company where we believe with the right funding we can go much further.
Q: What is equity crowdfunding?
Equity crowdfunding is where you invest money in exchange for shares in the company. Your investment will have the same term as the venture investor that goes in and invest alongside the crowd. It is a way for us to open up for our Community to be more engaged.

The valuation will be determined with the lead investor that comes in and invests alongside the Community.

As customers and part of our wider Community you will have first access to both pre-registration and to invest. There will be a limited amount of shares available.

There is no limit on how much you can invest but investment in unlisted companies is risky and should be done as part of a diversified portfolio.
Q: How do I make a return on my investment?
There is no clear way to exit your investment as it is an early stage seed round. However long-term we see dividends payments and a potential exit as ways to make a retrun for everyone investing.
